A Server licence permits the organisation to deploy a single copy of the server module or component on a single computer at a single location. Caseflow uses a combination of two licensing models that allow ultimate flexibility and offer real value for money.
The Concurrent User Licence model is used with the Caseflow Desktop Client and allows you to deploy an unlimited number of copies of the Caseflow Desktop Client throughout your organisation. The licence metering component will only allow the number of concurrent licensed users to connect to the system at any one time. These licences are available in "Packs" of 5,10 or 20 licences depending on your total user count. Typically a licence key to enable an extra "Pack" of licences can be made available within 24 hours and activation need only to be performed once at the server upon receipt of the new licence key.
The Named User Licence model is used for the Caseflow Outlook Client and the Enterprise.Net Client and the Vision-ET Extranet Client. This model will only permit the number of named users to be entered into the Caseflow User Access list and the licence metering component will only allow a named user to connect from a single location at any one time. |
