Typical client extranets are custom applications that are maintained by the firm using internal development resources or external developers.  This can be a costly and time consuming approach to delivering information to your clients.

The Caseflow Vison-ET module is an “out of the box” Client Extranet that allows varying levels of customisation to meet the clients “look & feel” whilst still retaining the cost effective approach of a packaged solution.

It features;

  • Full integration with the Caseflow Security model that allows individual user IDs to be associated with only certain files within each category.  This ensures that each client only sees their files;
  • Comprehensive searching capabilities that allow individual queries to be easily created to meet the requirements of your clients;
  • Ability to customise which Caseflow fields are shown to the external user and on which “page” they appear;
  • Ability to view the Caseflow Matter Chronology and Task List;
  • Ability to launch any Caseflow web based report that is available on the Reports Tab of the Caseflow Desktop client;
  • Ability to drill down from the Caseflow Chronology and access all or selected linked documents;
  • If your linked documents are stored in your DMS, then the Extranet will  honour the full DMS security settings for each document;
  • Ability to deliver a “New Matter” form to selected clients that will allow them to perform remote matter creation via the Internet;
  • Ability to allow users to automatically generate selected Caseflow Processes (precedents) on-demand and deliver the documents either via e-mail or via the firms DMS Web Integration.
